She's 9 going on 13 HELP ME!

Oh holy crap. Maddie is driving me nuckin futs. Right now I am the most dumb mother EVER. Yeah, riiiiiiight. Her hormones are exploding and I'm the target. I'm giving her the space she needs, which is really hard for me. I miss my girl! I miss her wanting to hold my hand. I miss her wanting to hug and kiss me goodbye. I miss her coming into our room and wanting to snuggle up because she's had a bad dream. I feel really bad for her really. I remember these days. You're in a bad mood and you have no idea why. It SUCKS! I'm tired of her and Gabe arguing all of the darn time. Even if he's right, she'll tell him he's dead wrong. I hope to goodness that a change of pace will ease things up. I hope we have a great time on vacation. We leave in 1 week, 1 day. The countdown is ON! I'm looking foward to getting out of dodge! Gabe is super excited about the dinosaur museum. Maddie wants to get her hands dirty with pottery. The amusement parks will be a big hit for all of us. I'm ready for the aquarium!
